Description of problem:
yum doesn't exit if I Ctrl-C it, instead it tries another mirror.
Fair enough, other programs do this.

It would be nice if yum died after a double Ctrl-C to match other programs.

Alternatively, if you Ctrl-C more than once for the same mirror, abort.
