Description of problem:
As of now user does not have a way to setup-cache using gluster deployment wizard. Provide a way for the user to setup cache.

Tested with RHV 4.2.2-6 and cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.11.19

Cockpit provides the enhancement that enabled to setup lvmcache per host.
