Server is unreachable at http://nodens.usersys.redhat.com/cases/01941777/dialog_export_20171003_153633.yml.

can you please attach the dialog and domain to verify the bug .

Thanks ,

apache died - I restarted it, it should be accessible now.

Imported the dialog attached .
Getting internal server error on editing the dialog
as well as on ordering the service catalog.

Appliance : https://10.8.198.225
Service : generic2
Dialog : Windows10

Chris : Please check .

I have looked and validated what you are saying about it not being editable in Classic UI and the catalog item not loading in Service UI. Something seems to be wrong with this dialog. I don't know if the db on this appliance has stayed the same from one UI update to another but my guess is that something is just broken with this particular dialog. I would not say its a bug in SUI's handling of the dialog as the server is returning a http 500 error on this dialog. I recommend trying to create a new dialog and see if this still occurs. If you have isuses editing a new dialog, then please see if someone from Classic UI team can help investigate.

Comment 7 Shveta 2018-01-31 20:31:56 UTC
From SUI the screen shows "Loading" spinner while waiting for the dialog to load .
So verifying this bug and opening a new one to investigate editing of this dialog.
