Description of problem:
Bug is about SSUI. Error while adding to shopping cart.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.0.13.20171212214416_f4f190a

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add infra provider (vsphere55 recommended)  
2. Create simple dialog (only textbox field is sufficient)
3. Create catalog 
4. Create cat_item for vCenter (vmware recommended), set dialog and catalog from 2 and 3 step
5. Order cat_item
6. Goto SUI
7. In Service catalog, add service into shopping cart
(You will get error like: ` There was an error adding to shopping cart: Must specify a service_template_href for adding a service_request `)

Actual results:
Getting error ` There was an error adding to shopping cart: Must specify a service_template_href for adding a service_request `

Expected results:
Service should be added to cart for ordering process

Additional info:

Interesting thing to note, no error showing in log while error flashes on UI.
