Description of problem:
While trying to add catalog item to shopping cart I get following error : "There was an error adding to shopping cart: Must specify a service_template_href for adding a service_request"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.0.13

How reproducible:
Believe 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create service catalog item, add it to catalog
2.Login to service ui
3.Try to add service catalog to shopping cart

Actual results:
Error: "There was an error adding to shopping cart: Must specify a service_template_href for adding a service_request"

Expected results:
Item can be added to the cart
