Description of problem:

The font size for the  'Collect for All Clusters' option on the Settings page 
is much bigger than that of the 'Collect for All Datastores ' option.

See attached screen shot.

For the sake of consistency, the font size should be the same for both these options.I believe this was introduced when the following BZ got fixed. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1525296
