Description of problem:
"You haven&#39:t" shows not correctly as expected as "You have not" on Power Management Configuration dialog while adding node to engine

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine: 4.2.1.2-1.el7.centos


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add node4.2 to engine
2.After click Ok in New host page, the Power Management Configuration dialog pop up

Actual results:
1.It shows that "You haven&#39:t configured..."

Expected results:
1. It should show "You haven't configured..."

Most likely a GWT SafeHtml issue when rendering the AlertPanel
