Traditionally, Ansible uses passwordless ssh and sudo with a regular user to install and make changes to systems. Description of problem:
Support for cephmetrics installation using an ansible user.

The installation of cephmetrics is presently done using 'root' as user.
Hence, this RFE to support installation under the ansible user with password-less sudo capability

We should not be telling users that they need to be root to run ansible! Our playbooks work normally as non-root; in fact, that is the only way I've ever executed them.
