.When adding an OSD to the Red Hat Ceph Storage Dashboard, some details are not displayed
On adding an OSD node to a Ceph storage cluster, the details such as _hostname_, _Disk/OSD Summary_, and _OSD versions_ of the newly added OSD are not displayed in the _Ceph Backend Storage_, _Ceph Cluster_, and _Ceph OSD Information_ dashboards.

Description of problem:
Adding an OSD node, the ceph storage dashboard doesnot reflect the OSD details in all the sections.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
[root@dell-r730-030 ceph-ansible]# ceph -v
ceph version 10.2.10-14.el7cp (b05aecbcede52a89a654e9f2bec179c2050ddff6)
[root@dell-r730-030 ceph-ansible]# rpm -qa | grep ansible
ansible-2.4.1.0-1.el7ae.noarch
ceph-ansible-3.0.19-1.el7cp.noarch
cephmetrics-ansible-1.0-8.el7cp.x86_64
How reproducible:
always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy a ceph cluster
2. Install cephmetrics as root user
3. add a OSD node to ceph cluster.
4. The grafana pages do not reflect the added osd
- ceph backend storage -> hostname ; Disk/OSD summary
- Ceph cluster -> Ceph version configuration -> OSD versions
- Ceph OSD information
Actual results:
The added osd is reflected in
ceph cluster-> cluster configuration -> OSDs
ceph cluster-> cluster configuration -> OSDs Hosts
Ceph OSD Information -> OSD summary
At a Glance -> OSDs
Expected results:
All the sections of grafana page should reflect the details of the newly added OSD
