Using an invalid volume name is not flagged as an error

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run "gluster volume heal foo"

Actual results:

# gluster volume heal foo
Launching heal operation to perform index self heal on volume foo has been unsuccessful on bricks that are down. Please check if all brick processes are running.


Expected results:
# gluster volume heal foo
Volume foo does not exist

This is fixed in rhgs-3.4.0 via BZ 1333705. Hence marking it as a duplicate.
