Description of problem:
Account Setting" GUI of root user crashed unexpectedly in RHEL7.5 Beta after click "Account Setting", "Account Setting" window will disappeared immediately. And then OS report "A problem in control-center-3.26.2-2.el7 package has been detected".

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL7.5 Beta(kernel: 3.10.0-830.el7.x86_64) and login by root account.
2. Try to access account setting for root by click "Account Setting" from system status area(Top-right).
3. Launch "gnome-control-center user-accounts" on command shell is the same to duplicated issue.

Actual results:
Account Setting" GUI of root user crashed unexpectedly in RHEL7.5 Beta after click "Account Setting"; "Account Setting" GUI will disappeared immediately. 

Expected results:
"Account Setting" GUI launches normally. 

Additional info:
There is no issue found for control center package on RHEL7.4 (control-center-3.22.2-5.el7).
