Joe can you please take the first pass at diagnosing this? It may turn out that the issue is in the API. If that's the case, Jillian should be able to take it. She has already fixed the same issue on it the API. This also is a issue for 5.8.3 Hey Matt, I realize you had produced https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1469589 on SAML but the fix was not limited to SAML.
