Description of problem:
On Networks/Subnets, it is possible to see 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 Version 5.9.0.21.20180214154720_6f2109d 

How reproducible:

AlwAYS
Steps to Reproduce:
1.setup GCE provider, region us-central1
2. check its subnets

Actual results:
It is possible to see subnets which are in different regions

Expected results:
See the subnets of only the region of the provider
