Doc Text:	Cause: The Ceph repos on the baremetal overcloud nodes were not updated from RHCS 2 to RHCS 3 during the FFU process. Consequence: The Ceph packages installed on the baremetal nodes were not upgraded to RHCS 3; this did not have any impact on the version of the running Ceph cluster, which was migrated correctly to the RHCS 3 container images. Fix: Update the Ceph repos on the baremetal overcloud nodes. Result: The Ceph packages pre-installed on the baremetal overcloud nodes can be upgraded to RHCS 3 after the FFU process finishes. Description of problem:

FFU: provide a way to set up Ceph 3.0 repositories during FFU and update ceph baremetal rpm packages.

Currently we are manually installing the Ceph 3.0 repos on the overcloud nodes after the FFU deploy_steps_playbook.yaml playbook has finished. We need a way to set up these repos automatically during the FFU procedure by Director and also update the ceph rpm packages after these repos have been setup.

With ceph-upgrade CLI patches we will most likely end up using UpgradeInit.

We need to document that users should provide yaml file with UpgradeInitCommonCommand to switch ceph repos from Ceph2 to Ceph3

Once we are moved to containers as part of Fast Forward this content will remain updating from Ceph 2.x.  This will not impact the running system so we can defer this, but we should fix eventually.

According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-8.0.4-20.el7ost.  This build is available now.
