Description of problem:
radosgw-admin bucket rename command
upstream tracker - http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/23481

Right now there is no command to rename the bucket the only way to do it to use s3 applications like s3cmd.

- Create a new bucket with the new name bucket we want
- Copy data from the old bucket you want to rename to the newly named bucket
- And then remove the old bucket
