Description of problem:
Repository for openshift-3.9 is missing packages:
No package openshift-ansible-callback-plugins available.
No package openshift-ansible-filter-plugins available.
No package openshift-ansible-lookup-plugins available.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openshift-ansible-3.9.14-1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add subsriptions for openshift
2. Try to install ViaQ necessary packages

Actual results:
Missing packages

These packages are no longer available.  I guess their functionality has been merged into the other openshift-ansible packages.

We need to update the docs to remove these packages.

Looks like the packages are present in 3.7 but not in 3.9

This is a documentation issue - I will fix the upstream ViaQ docs - please move this bug to a RHV doc bug.
