I can confirm this bug. On an upgraded F28 (with --allowerasing due to the above described problem), the installation of OpenSMTPD fails due to the same missing dependency: ``` sudo dnf install opensmtpd Last metadata expiration check: 0:19:29 ago on Fri 04 May 2018 17:18:06 CEST. Error: Problem: conflicting requests - nothing provides libevent-2.0.so.5()(64bit) needed by opensmtpd-6.0.3p1-2.fc28.x86_64 ``` opensmtpd-6.0.3p1-3.fc28 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 28. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-0f054e9308 opensmtpd-6.0.3p1-3.fc28 has been pushed to the Fedora 28 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for instructions on how to install test updates. You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-0f054e9308 opensmtpd-6.0.3p1-3.fc28 has been pushed to the Fedora 28 stable repository.
