It is impossible to install Exciting in Fedora 28 using DNF. Is this a mass rebuild problem?

# dnf install exciting-*
Erro: 
 Problema 1: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libgfortran.so.4()(64bit) needed by exciting-common-12-10.fc28.x86_64
 Problema 2: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libgfortran.so.4()(64bit) needed by exciting-mpich-12-10.fc28.x86_64
 Problema 3: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libgfortran.so.4()(64bit) needed by exciting-openmpi-12-10.fc28.x86_64
 Problema 4: package exciting-species-12-10.fc28.noarch requires exciting-common = 12-10.fc28, but none of the providers can be installed

(returns nothing)

But we do have:
