Description of problem: rpm --verify -q grubby complains about the mode on /etc/sysconfig/kernel


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
grubby-8.28-23.el7.x86_64


How reproducible:
rpm --verify -q grubby

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm --verify -q grubby
2.
3.

Actual results:
.M.......  c /etc/sysconfig/kernel


Expected results:
No complaint.

It looks like the mode needs to be fixed in the spec file.

This seems to be caused by changes in the rpm package: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1395818

I can fix this in the package pretty easily, but I suspect you need to set a mode in anaconda as well, since on fresh installs anaconda writes the file.

Anyway, I'll build this so you can test and find out for sure.  FWIW, I've got it set to 0644 in the spec currently.
