Description of problem: The OpenVSwitch portions shipped from Fast Datapath should include openvswitch-selinux-extra-policy, which supersedes os-ovs.pp.bz2 from openstack-selinux.

According to our records, this should be resolved by openvswitch-selinux-extra-policy-1.0-3.el7fdp.  This build is available now.
