by following manual steps:

1) Check General settings page

HTTP(S) proxy
HTTP(S) proxy except hosts

>>> settings full names are not transformed to wrong "HTTP(S) Capsule*"

2) Check Infrastructure -> HTTP Proxies

HTTP Proxy
New HTTP Proxy

>>> Caption and button are not transformed to wrong "(New) HTTP Capsule" 

3) Check Infrastructure -> HTTP Proxies -> New HTTP Proxy

URL of the proxy including schema (https://proxy.example.com:8080)

>>> Url edit description is not wrongly transformed too
