With the previous build of gluster-block i.e. build v0.2.1-18, we have introduced new way of saving blocks to avoid configuration miss, unfortunately the fix was not complete and need some more changes at the block delete commands way of saving the configuration.

Also the fix has a bug(rather I would say, we missed) to defend on the modify operations saveconfig, when the block is not loaded.

This Bug fixes the corner(missing) cases on top of the fix went-in to tent #1537170
