Description of problem: I have lot of finished service requests but they are not showing up in Myservice

Hi Shveta,

All of the Service provisions failed in your test environment. 
I think the additional Automate domains are causing the errors.
Could you disable the "extra" domains and test again?

Note - We delete the Service object if the provision fails as shown below in the log snippet.

Works after removing extra domains
