Section Number and Name:
Step 3 in Migrating a Satellite Server

Describe the issue:
After BZ#1558545 is resolved, the `/var/lib/qpidd` directory will be included in a backup. Therefore, a user now must not copy it manually.

Suggestions for improvement:
After BZ#1558545 is resolved, review the Migrating a Satellite Server procedure, namely the "iii" step under "If you have less than 500 GB of Pulp data" that tells a user to copy '/var/lib/qpidd' to a target server:

----
# rsync --archive --partial --progress --compress \
/var/lib/qpidd target_server.example.com:/var/lib/qpidd
----
