Description of problem:
When we try to reconfigure VM, there is an internal server error.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Version 5.9.3.1.20180606184006_8d120c0 


How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create VM on Vmware or Rhev provider
2.Select the VM
3.Try to reconfigure the VM.


Actual results:

Internal server error (500).

Error Message:
Data undefined method `network_ports&#39; for #&lt;ManageIQ::Providers::Vmware::InfraManager::Vm:0x0000000010ea90b0&gt; [vm_infra/reconfigure_form_fields] 


Expected results:

We should be navigated to reconfiguration page.


Additional info:
This Bug is not reproducible on 5.9.3.0 appliance.

Please assess the impact of this issue and update the severity accordingly.  Please refer to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity for a reminder on each severity's definition.

If it's something like a tracker bug where it doesn't matter, please set the severity to Low.

This issue is not reproducible for reconfiguring the flavour of cloud instance.

I checked and marking the severity to Medium as this will impact the work of customers partially.

Verified in Version 5.10.0.4.20180712211305_e6e4542
