I suspect this may be vendor-specific. I'm not sure the generic IPMI (or even Redfish) has means to configure UEFI HTTP boot. As mentioned in the description of BZ, HTTP boot is supported in UEFI since version 2.5, which was released in 2015. It is part of the official UEFI specification. Julia seems to be working on this upstream. Planning this for beyond OSP 16 This RFE is not being prioritized, it's long been in the backlog of possible investment. We are closing as wontfix, please re-open with business advocate, preferrably PM. |
