How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install using tendrl-ansible
2. Import Cluster
3. If Import Cluster, fails, message on All Clusters page shows "Import Failed View Details"

Actual results:
message on All Clusters page shows "Import Failed View Details"

Expected results:
Ought to be "Import failed. View details"

This is fixed with https://github.com/Tendrl/ui/pull/1002 (waiting for PR to be merged), which also addresses https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1579148.
