Previously, after expansion of block hosting volume, the free space attribute of the volume wasn't updated, which lead to block volume failures even though space was available. With this fix, free size in block hosting volume information is also updated.

Description of problem:
After expanding block hosting volume the free size is not updated in heketi, even after running heketi-cli resync

How reproducible:
Consistently

Steps to Reproduce:
Either run procedure to expand the volume following Red Hat Container Native Storage Guide or, after that, run heketi-cli resync device

Actual results:
The Free size is not neing updated

Expected results:
New size is updated for heketi

Additional info:
Heketi doesn't provision block volume because it keeps thinking the block hosting volume size is not sufficient.
