Description Mohan Boddu 2018-07-20 22:14:49 UTC
libetpan failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=28450300

For details on the mass rebuild see:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_29_Mass_Rebuild
Please fix libetpan at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
libetpan will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
libetpan will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle.
Changing version to '29'.

Comment 5 Michael Schwendt 2018-09-16 20:27:07 UTC
The issue in frm-simple.c is valid, since the buffer of size 81 cannot include the terminating zero.

The other warnings are somewhat pedantic, since many (or all?) of them are related to code using PATH_MAX, and reaching that limit with paths or concatenated paths is a rare corner-case.
