Description of problem:
No VMs were returned in Not Started Plans's details page after first provider removal
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.4.2.20180802030318_f91df08
How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add providers
2. Create map1 and plan1
3. Remove rhvm provider
4. Add same provider (don't change anything)
5. Create map2
6. Create plan2 with map2
7. Save plan2
8. Click on plan2 to see which vms it contains (Not Started Plans's details page)
Actual results:
plan1 and plan2 both giving 'No VMs' error.
Expected results:
Should show which plan contains
Additional info:
When I start that plan, this plan will goto in-progress, here I can goto details page and see which vms it contain.
