.Using `ceph-ansible` to deploy the iSCSI gateway does not allow the user to adjust the `max_data_area_mb` option Using the `max_data_area_mb` option with the `ceph-ansible` utility sets a default value of 8 MB. To adjust this value, set it manually using the `gwcli` command. Changed title to reflect that we want to support target and device controls and not just that specific one like how do we do in gwcli.

This should be doable in 3.2, so adding devel ack and setting target version.

We just don't have the time to write two management tools. Users should use gwcli to further config settings/controls.
