.Using `ceph-ansible` to deploy the iSCSI gateway does not allow the user to adjust the `max_data_area_mb` option
Using the `max_data_area_mb` option with the `ceph-ansible` utility sets a default value of 8 MB. To adjust this value, set it manually using the `gwcli` command. See the {product} link:https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_ceph_storage/3/html-single/block_device_guide/#configuring_the_iscsi_target_using_the_command_line_interface[Block Device Guide] for details on setting the `max_data_area_mb` option.

*** Bug 1625503 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** We just don't have the time to write two management tools. Users should use gwcli to further config settings/controls. |
