Description of problem: Please BuildRequire: openblas instead of atlas or netlib blas and lapack where available (x86_64 %{ix86} armv7hl %{power64} aarch64 s390x, see %{openblas_arches} macro defined in openblas-srpm-macros package). Currently, it's available on all primary Fedora arches, so you can technically skip using the macro. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): sextractor-2.19.5-11.fc29.x86_64 Additional information: I can see you did use atlas in this package but disabled it due to compatibility issues with lapacke library. OpenBLAS is compatible with that library as far as I know, so please try. OpenBLAS is an optimized BLAS library and selects best code path for the target architecture at runtime unlike ATLAS.
