Description of problem:
Get 404: Not Found when click the "Subscriptions"->"etcd-operator-xxx"->"ocs".

1. Install the OLM, and create a subscription, for example:

2. Click the "Catalog Source"->"View subscription" -> "ocs"


Actual results:
404: Not Found

Expected results:
Should display the catalog resource.

I believe this was solved in https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/419.

Verified with ocp v3.11.0-0.20.0.

Still got the same issue, so reopen it.
