Description of problem:
Currently, there is no facility to disable 'facts gathering' from the satellite. Which will be helpful in fastening the job invocation process or if some customer is list interested in gathering facts.

We can add a setting for 'facts gathering' for all the jobs in Settings or in a particular job or anywhere in a satellite.

Upon review of our valid but aging backlog the Satellite Team has concluded that this Bugzilla does not meet the criteria for a resolution in the near term, and are planning to close in approximately a month.
