Description of problem:
About dialog shows wrong verson of XFCE.

xfce4-about-4.13.4-20.fc29.x86_64

How reproducible:
yes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to F29 XFCE
2. click in menu Documentation > About Xfce
3.

Actual results:
Version 4.12 is shown.

Expected results:
Actual version (4.13) is shown.

Additional info:
No idea if it's worth to fix with a small patch in downstream.

We could. But, I will table this for post-beta.

Okay, it's a very small shakiness for the users' awareness of Xfce 4.13 everywhere. Therefore, I'll change Blocks in Depends.
