I have an HP Netserver LH3 with an embedded Cirrus Logic GD544x Graphics 
card.  Under prior version of Red Hat Linux including 6.2, the card has 
always been detected properly, and then allowed to probe to get all of the 
settings.  With the new pinstripe beta release, the card is still being 
detected, but now Xconfigurator is asking me to enter all of the 
infromation for the card instead of allowing me to run the probe utility 
to automatically detect the settings.  No matter what I select for 
settings on the card, it never seems to come out the same way as when the 
probe utility detected the correct settings.

The only thing the probe did was check for memory, I think - which we now try to
do with DDC.
