Description of problem:

The current package (-2) provides openvswitch-dpdk = 2.10.0 which can allow unintentional stream migration.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openvswitch2.10-2.10.0-2.el7fdp.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
[fleitner@plex ~]$ rpm -q --provides openvswitch2.10 | grep openvswitch-dpdk
openvswitch-dpdk = 2.10.0-2.el7fdp

Additional info:
Usually it is a bad idea to remove old provides, but in this case it can allow unintentional migration of streams and it does not make sense to fix it to openvswitch2.10-dpdk as that package never existed.
