Description of problem:

The current package (-2) provides openvswitch-dpdk = 2.10.0 which can allow unintentional stream migration.

Additional info:
Usually it is a bad idea to remove old provides, but in this case it can allow unintentional migration of streams and it does not make sense to fix it to openvswitch2.10-dpdk as that package never existed.
