Forgot to mention that I am running on a HP Envy x360 with AMD Ryzen 5 2500U APU. Kernel is 4.18.9-200.fc28.x86_64.
KDE Plasma version is 5.13.4.
KDE Frameworks version is 5.48.0.
QT version is 5.11.1.

Comment 2 Talha Khan 2018-11-21 14:29:28 UTC
This still occurs in Fedora 29:
Kernel version 4.19.2-300.fc29.x86_64
KDE Plasma version 5.13.5
KDE Frameworks version 5.52.0
QT version 5.11.1.

I'd encourage you to report this upstream to bugs.kde.org, if possible. thanks.

Comment 4 Talha Khan 2018-12-03 18:56:14 UTC
It seems that the last few updates to plasma seemed to have fixed the issue. Now I see under battery, the charge level and energy consumption graphs.
Plasma version: 5.14.3. I will mark this as closed.
