The python2-notify package was retired without notifying me. I'm not sure if I'll pick it up or update Deluge to use a different library. Adding python2-notify maintainer. Maintainer of python2-notify here. Unfortunately, my tools for locating dependencies were deficient and thus I saw this package as "OK to retire" when clearly it wasn't. I'll work with releng to get it unretired and returned to working order, so your packages will be working again shortly. Thanks, Paul.
