Looks like this is duplicate of Bug 1632711? 
I see in the vdsm logs attached
"libvirtError: Unsafe migration: Migration without shared storage is unsafe"

Are you using RHEL 7.6?

Any update here? We are still failing our automation when we have HE vm deployed over GlusterFS.

Cannot check now cause all our envs are in use now but it's usual flow as we are running all the time and works fine on other storages (so don't see the reason why the libvirtd should not run). As I told I already reproduced this many times and block us to run against env which has HE on glusterfs SD.

So once we will have free env I can try to rerun to reproduce the error again and make sure that libvirtd is up and running.

Which channel I can ping you on IRC @gdaos once I have the env in this state, you can then borrow it for investigating if you want.

From log I can see the VDSM call to libvirt is failing, so wanted to reconfirm.
Sure will check in env once you will have free.
