While creating the playbook to create all thick LVs, creating filesystem step is skipped

XFS File system should be created on top of thick LVs

Why it's moved to MODIFIED state with out all three acks?

Tested with gluster-ansible-roles-1.0.3

All thick LV could be created and formatted with XFS filesystem
