1. Create a playbook to create all thick LVs

Actual results:

File system create step is skipped

Expected results:

XFS File system should be created on top of thick LVs

Why it's moved to MODIFIED state with out all three acks?

Tested with gluster-ansible-roles-1.0.3

All thick LV could be created and formatted with XFS filesystem
