Description of problem:
Created testbed with RHOSP13 and integrated vmware-nsx pluginb with RHOSP13. Ran redhat testsuite for certification purpose. Few tests are failing with below Error:
"DHCP option server-ip-address is not supported."
Fix is aleady present vmware-nsx queens/stable branch. But fix is not present on RHOSP13 setup.
Could you please backport latest vmware_nsx and vmware_nsxlib code in RHOSP13.

Hi Team,
As mentioned in the description,
vmware_nsxlib code changes along with vmware_nsx is needed in the hotfix for testing.
Could you please help to include the latest vmware_nsxlib also, either as one rpm or 2 different rpms in the hotfix?
-Thanks.
