Description of problem:

Created testbed with RHOSP13 and integrated vmware-nsx pluginb with RHOSP13.

Ran redhat testsuite for certification purpose. Few tests are failing with below Error:
"DHCP option server-ip-address is not supported."

Fix is aleady present vmware-nsx queens/stable branch. But fix is not present on RHOSP13 setup.

Could you please backport latest vmware_nsx and vmware_nsxlib code in RHOSP13.
