Hi, Anjana as discussed moving this bug to modified.
All these links in 3.9 are fixed.

I had fixed these links as part of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1669649

As the nomenclature was changed from 3.10 onwards
The content Container-Ready Storage for OpenShift Container Platform is named Independent mode. 
All the links are fixed in 3.10 and 3.11
