Description of problem:
The "4. Install and Upgrade Workflow: What Tasks Do I Need To Complete?" section has multiple broken links (to other sections of the document) that throw a "404" error. These URLs need to be updated and the doc republished.

The URLs in Chapter 4 currently refer to "/container-native_storage/" and need to be updated to "/container-native_storage-deprecated/"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.9
