This is an issue with nautilus-python. "Open in tilix" starts working correctly when downgrading to https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/nautilus-python/1.1/15.fc28/x86_64/python2-nautilus-1.1-15.fc28.x86_64.rpm

Kalev, what about F29? We've seen FTBFS with v1.1 and decided to build v1.2.1 in F29.
