It's related to openssl 1.1.1. For example fetchmail need this patch : https://gitlab.com/fetchmail/fetchmail/commit/9b8b634312f169fab872f3580c2febe5af031615 to support SNI properly. Empathy need a similar patch. This message is a reminder that Fedora 29 is nearing its end of life. Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 29 on 2019-11-26.
