Switch to Qt5 to fix major issues with HiDPI displays.

Currently GoldenDict built against Qt4 and has major issues with HiDPI displays. Qt4 is deprecated and no longer supported by upstream.

I converted GoldenDict's SPEC from Qt4 to Qt5, fixed some bugs and opened pull request: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/goldendict/pull-request/1

Please merge it and build for Fedora 29 and Rawhide. It works fine without any issues.

If you have no free time for this, feel free to add me as co-maintainer (FAS: xvitaly).
